Refunds
For most products, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
The condition for a return is that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Returns
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned product.
We will also inform you whether your return was accepted or rejected.
If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and the amount automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

First, double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card issuer – sometimes it may take a while before the refund is visible.

Contact your bank – there may be a delay in posting before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged.
If you want to exchange the product for the same model, contact us by email or use the contact form.

We will email you instructions on which address to send the product for return.
